Padma Resort Ubud 5*, Bali (Indonesia)

As soon as I arrived at Padma Resort in Ubud, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The resort is nestled in a lush tropical paradise, surrounded by rice paddies and scenic views of the Ayung River valley.

My room was spacious, elegantly designed, and came with a private balcony overlooking the stunning landscape. The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were top-notch, including a large flat-screen TV, high-speed internet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.

One of my favorite parts of the resort was the infinity pool, which is perched on the edge of the valley and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Ubud's many attractions.

Speaking of which, the resort is conveniently located just a short drive away from Ubud's bustling center, where you can explore local markets, traditional temples, and delicious restaurants. The resort also offers a free shuttle service, making it easy to get around.

In terms of dining, Padma Resort boasts several restaurants serving a variety of cuisines, including Indonesian, Japanese, and Western. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from and a lot of fresh fruits, all of which were delicious. Also, the view from the dining area designated for breakfast has such a great view of the surrounding nature.

They were offering a complementary course of learning how to play angklung, which is one of the local instruments which both my husband and I appreciated and enjoyed. They also offer a beautiful garden where you can go for an evening walk where I saw pineapples growing in their natural environment fro the first time. 

They have a fantastic gym which is fully equiped so I did not have to skip my heavy lifting. I also tried their sunset yoga which was done in an area with a breathtaking view.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Ubud.
