Curry Vegan Burger Wrap

This one is a fusion recipe combining the American and the Mexican cuisine with a Thai mix of spices.

 

Ingredients:

Beyond Meat Burger, Graham Wrap (1), Carrot (1 medium), Red Onion (1/2), Cauliflower (150g), Soy Sauce, BBQ Sauce.

Secret Ingredients: Curry, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder

Total Time: 15 min

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook the burger in a non-stick pan.

2. Slice and grill the carrots and the cauliflower until they become fork tender.

3. Slice the onion and cook it in a large skillet for 2-3 minutes. 4.

4. Then add 1/2 tsp of curry, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of ginger powder, 5 tbsp of soy sauce, and add the grilled veggies in the pan.

5. Cook them on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring often.

6. Slice the burger into 3 rectangular pieces and put them on the middle of the graham wrap together with the veggies.

7. the Last step is adding BBQ sauce as much as you like.

TIP: Use an aluminum foil to keep the content of the wrap in place after adding the ingredients.
